Electrify Ojai is an educational and advocacy initiative organized by the Ojai Climate Action Network (Ojai CAN). Electrification, along with energy conservation, is the most impactful way to reduce emissions in Ojai.

 

The Network is an outgrowth of the former Ojai Climate Emergency Mobilization Committee, which was created by the Ojai city council following the declaration of a climate emergency in 2019. The committee produced a report for the council with recommendations for reducing emissions in our community. The committee completed its term with the city in 2021.
